Simple Warm-Up

Here is a quick warm-up sequence we used to do in drumline. It’s simple but requires some precision and thinking. The pattern goes: Quarter Flams – Eighths – Triplets – Sixteenths – Doubles – Paradiddles – Hertas and back down again. As with everything increase your speed after you become comfortable with executing the whole sequence smoothly. Enjoy! (P.S. Watching this playback my stick height is all over the place. Remember to maintain an even placement between both sticks.)
